was founded in 2006 as a subsidiary of Allholding Beteiligungsverwaltungs GmbH in order to bundle the diverse investments of the Gröller family. It sees itself as an active entrepreneurial investor. Direct investments in companies and real estate (outside the core business area of our sister company Allmobil Immobilien GmbH) are supplemented with a broad fund portfolio (PE, VC, alternatives) as well as stocks and bonds. The aim is to achieve a broad thematic and geographical diversification of investments.
Furthermore Allinvest works in management consulting on strategic corporate issues, financing and real estate issues for family businesses, family offices and private foundations.
Allinvest invests in established companies that are looking for fresh capital as part of a corporate succession or growth strategy. We do not have a sector-specific or regional focus, but prefer classic industrial and technology companies. Our investment volumes per investment are in the single-digit million range, although larger volumes can also be realized by involving partners.
In contrast to the classic private equity investor, as a family business we have significantly more flexibility in contract design and the time horizon of our investments and can therefore develop tailor-made solutions with the entrepreneur/seller. We think entrepreneurially and not in terms of short-term value maximization. We are willing to actively participate in shaping our investments, but do not impose ourselves on the management on operational issues, but rather offer support where we can add value with our know-how and network.
We also have some start-up investments from the past. Since Heinrich Gröller joined Speedinvest as a partner in 2018, no new investments can be made in this area for compliance reasons.

After graduating as a qualified engineer in Industrial Management and Manufacturing Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH Zürich), Heinrich Gröller started his professional career in 2001 as a management consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in the corporate restructuring area. He then co-founded a production plant for wooden pallets in the Czech Republic before taking over the management of the Austrian technology company Schiebel Elektronische Geräte GmbH. Here he led the development of the Camcopter S-100 (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle System), which increased the company’s sales tenfold in just 3 years. He has led the Allholding Group since 2007 and also manages numerous operational subsidiaries. In 2018 he joined Speedinvest, a pan-European early stage venture capital manager, first as a partner then as a venture partner to jointly set up the Climate & Industrial Tech team.
At the same time, he was chairman of the Young Industry Vienna and deputy federal chairman of Young Industry Austria for several years and sits on the board of the Federation of Austrian Industry, Vienna and the board of Agenda Austria.
As a qualified business graduate from the University of World Trade in Vienna, Michael Gröller began his career in 1966 at the Mayr Melnhof cardboard factory, where he was promoted to general director and, after a successful IPO, to CEO. From 2001 to 2015 he accompanied Mayr Melnhof Karton AG as chairman of the supervisory board. He was and is a member of numerous other supervisory boards, including RHI AG, Greco International AG, Nettingsdorfer Papier AG, Allianz Österreich AG and Bankhaus Krentschker AG. Social Responsibility
Our father, Michael Gröller, laid the foundation of our family office with hard work, courage, perseverance, thrift and an absolute handshake quality. We are aware of this heritage and strive to live these values ourselves and pass them on to the coming generation.
But we are also aware that success is never based solely on one’s own work, but also requires the necessary luck and the right social conditions. We therefore feel obliged to give something back to society.
For this purpose we created the Michael Groeller Foundation. We assume our social responsibility under this brand. We are committed to using a substantial portion of our annual increase in value for charitable projects.
The focus is on supporting social projects. We also support cultural and educational projects and research institutions.
Among other things, we have supported the following projects in recent years:
Institute for Science and Technology
With an innovative concept based on the best research institutions in the world, the Institute for Science and Technology Austria has managed to take a leading position in basic research in just a few years. This has far-reaching effects on attracting talent and industrial investment to the region.
We have therefore supported the ISTA several times with substantial contributions to research funding.
Initiative for Teaching Entrepreneuship
The Initiative for Teaching Entrepreneuship has set itself the task of teaching young people entrepreneurial thinking and thereby making them designers of their future. The IFTE places particular emphasis on the development of programs that are integrated into the curricula and thus widely used.
We supported the IFTE not only monetarily but also through Heinrich Gröller’s many years of active participation on the association’s board.
Bauern helfen Bauern
Bauern helfen Bauern has been carrying out social projects since 1992, especially in Southeastern Europe.
As part of the reconstruction project after the earthquake in Croatia in spring 2021, we financed several houses there.

The association has been supported by Michael Gröller since its founding, both financially and as an active club board member.
Caritas
Caritas projects are continually supported.
Most recently, for example, the creation of refugee housing for Ukrainian refugees in Austria, disaster relief in the context of the earthquake in Turkey in 2023 and a learningcenter for migrant youths in Vienna for 2024/25.
Cafe Aussergewöhnlich
The 0⋅8⋅16 – everything but ordinary association for individual learning supports children and young people with special learning needs. It offers individual, holistic support and support for children in making the most of their own potential. Because every child, regardless of their talents or special needs, with or without restrictions, has a right to the greatest possible level of education.
